Our OnRamp Process
It’s really easy to get started. No matter your fitness level or background, all that is necessary to start training is an open mind and a commitment to the program. Maybe you’re not sure if this is the program for you, or not sure you will “fit in” once you get to the facility. That’s perfectly understandable, and you are not the only one who has felt that way. Take advantage of a 7 day free trial to experience everything CrossFit Kumba has to offer!
After trying out a few classes and decide that you want become a full member, we will enroll you in our "On-Ramp" program. On-Ramp sessions are two, 60 minute, one-on-one sessions to help introduce and acclimate you into CrossFit. These are scheduled by appointment to make it as easy and as accessible as possible for you!
Once you have completed the “On-Ramp”, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to participate in our Group Classes. In these classes, one of our coaches will take you through the Workout of the Day (WOD).
