How to Get Started!

It’s really easy to get started. No matter your fitness level or background, all that is necessary to start training is an open mind and a commitment to the program. Maybe you’re not sure if this is the program for you, or not sure you will “fit in” once you get to the facility. That’s perfectly understandable, and you are not the only one who has felt that way.

Sign up for a Free Intro Session. Intro classes are open to everyone and give you a sampling of what a class is like. We'll walk you through the CrossFit program, teach you about our movements, and put you through a workout. It's suitable for everyone, as you'll learn that CrossFit is universally scalable to your fitness level.

Intro Classes are one-on-one sessions, scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. We’ll show you around our fitness center, tell you a bit more about CrossFit, explain what you can expect when you come to our group classes, and put you through a baseline workout.
