WOD:

In teams of two:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:
Partner Sled Push, 60 ft
4 Rope Climbs
30 Assault Bike Calories
10 Synchronized Handstand Push-ups
*Partner Sled Push: Partner A sits on sled then Partner B pushes 30ft. Partners switch, then Partner B pushes the other 30ft.
*Rope Climbs and Assault Bike Calories can be split up as desired.
*Both partners must lock out together on the HSPU.
