Hang Squat Snatch or Snatch Balance or OH Squat or Coach Suggestion
*If you can’t squat snatch do snatch balance. If you can’t snatch balance do OH squat. The objective is to get under the bar in the squat position to build the skill of rapid oscillation under the bar in the 3rd Pull.

*Go heavy but stay under your 1RM. (90-95%)
