I started Crossfit because I needed a change. My reason for Crossfitting has evolved over the past 3.5 years. Not only do I Crossfit for the health benefits, but I also do it to set an example for my girls.
My favorite movement is thrusters (I know, I’m a little crazy)
I hate all the movements I can’t do, which are mostly gymnastics movements. If you asked me a year ago which movements I didn’t like, I would have said pull-ups and double unders but I can do those now
I would be Wonder Woman because she’s as “beautiful as Aphrodite, wise as Athena, stronger than Hercules, and swifter than Hermes”.
