Fitness WOD:
For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 2 mins of:
12 Row Calories
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Max Reps Snatch, 95/65 lbs

WOD is finished when/if you complete 30 Snatch repetitions

i.e. The workout is only 5 rounds, however if you finish 30 snatches in 3 rounds the WOD is complete and you do not have to complete the next two rounds.
